1. Zero Tolerance for CSAM

BaddiesHub maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any content that depicts, describes, requests, or in any way suggests a minor (any person under 18 years of age, or any fictional persona portrayed as a minor) in a sexual, suggestive, or exploitative context is strictly and unconditionally prohibited.

Any account that attempts to generate, solicit, or distribute such content will be permanently terminated without notice or refund. We report suspected CSAM and related activity to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), law enforcement, and any other competent authorities, and we preserve associated account data (including identifiers, IP address, and timestamps) as required to support such reports.

2. All Characters Are Adults

All AI characters depicted on this platform are entirely fictional and are portrayed as adults aged 18 years or older. No character is intended to represent, resemble, or depict any real person, minor, living or deceased individual. AI-generated images and conversations are synthetic and do not involve any real human being.

3. Prohibited Content

Regardless of context, the following content is prohibited on BaddiesHub:

Any sexual or suggestive content involving minors (real or fictional) — see Section 1
Non-consensual depictions of real, identifiable persons
Deepfakes or content created to impersonate a real person without consent
Incest involving minors
Bestiality
Realistic violence, gore, or content glorifying serious harm
Any content that is illegal under applicable law

4. Moderation

Chat input is filtered through a keyword blocklist and an AI content classifier (OpenAI Moderation API)
All imagery is pre-generated, curated, and internally reviewed by the admin team — there is no text-to-image or prompt interface for users, and users cannot author or specify what is depicted
All suspicious input is logged, and repeated attempts result in automatic account suspension

We continuously refine these systems and reserve the right to block, remove, or refuse any request, and to investigate any account, at our sole discretion.

5. Image Generation Control

All character images are pre-generated and curated by the BaddiesHub team from an internal, human-reviewed catalog
There is no text-to-image or prompt interface for users — users cannot author, prompt, upload, modify, or direct what is depicted in any image
Where a photo is shown in chat, it is selected from this pre-reviewed, admin-curated catalog (unlocked through relationship progression) — it is not generated to a user's specification
Every image is reviewed internally before it can become available to users, which eliminates user-directed objectionable visual content
Images are AI-generated representations of fictional adult characters (18+), not real persons

6. Reporting

If you encounter content that you believe violates this policy, please report it immediately via our report form or by emailing compliance@baddieshub.ai. Reports concerning suspected CSAM are treated with the highest priority and are escalated to the appropriate authorities.

7. Enforcement

Violations of this Content Policy result in immediate and permanent account termination, with any unused tokens forfeited and no refund issued. For violations involving illegal content, we retain the data necessary to report the matter to NCMEC and law enforcement and to cooperate with any resulting investigation. This policy supplements our Terms of Service.
