1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BaddiesHub (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. BaddiesHub reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use BaddiesHub. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into binding agreements. This platform contains adult content and is not intended for minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to terminate accounts that violate this requirement.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. BaddiesHub is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

4. Acceptable Use

When using BaddiesHub, you agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
Distribute content from the Service without authorization
Harass, abuse, or threaten others through the platform
Generate content depicting minors in any context
Attempt to circumvent content moderation or safety systems

5. Payments and Tokens

BaddiesHub uses a token-based system. Tokens can be purchased using Solana (SOL) cryptocurrency via Phantom Wallet. You can also buy SOL with a credit/debit card directly inside the Phantom app. Token prices may change at any time. Free tokens granted during promotions or on signup have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We reserve the right to modify the token system, including pricing and what tokens can be used for.

6. Free and Premium Membership

BaddiesHub offers two membership tiers:

Free Plan: Users may have up to 1 active AI girlfriend at a time. To chat with a different character, the current one must be removed first. Free users have access to our standard character collection.
Premium Plan: Premium members may have up to 2 active AI girlfriends simultaneously, each with independent conversations, memories, and relationship levels. Premium members also gain access to exclusive Premium-only characters that are not available on the free plan.

Premium membership is a paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify Premium features, pricing, and benefits at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance to active subscribers.

7. Refund Policy

All token purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, no monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

In the event of a verified error on our part (e.g., tokens not delivered after a successful payment, a system bug that caused token loss), compensation may be provided exclusively in the form of tokens credited to your account. No cash, cryptocurrency, or other forms of monetary refund will be offered.

To report an issue related to a purchase, contact us at support@baddieshub.ai with your username, transaction details, and a description of the problem. We will review your case and respond within 48 hours.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of BaddiesHub — including text, graphics, logos, AI models, character designs, and software — are the exclusive property of BaddiesHub and are protected by intellectual property laws. AI-generated images and responses are produced by the Service and may not be redistributed for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. AI-Generated Content & Fictional Characters

BaddiesHub uses artificial intelligence to generate text conversations and images. All AI characters are entirely fictional and do not represent any real person, living or deceased. AI-generated content does not represent the views or opinions of BaddiesHub. The Service makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated responses. You acknowledge that you are interacting with an AI, not a real person.

AI-Generated Images Disclaimer: All character images, photographs, and visual content displayed on BaddiesHub are 100% generated by artificial intelligence. No real human photographs, likenesses, or images of actual persons are used in the creation of any character or visual content on this platform. These AI-generated images are created using machine learning models trained on synthetic and licensed datasets, and are not derived from, based on, or intended to depict any specific real individual.

Any perceived resemblance between AI-generated characters (including their names, appearances, voices, or personalities) and any real person — whether a public figure, celebrity, private individual, or otherwise — is entirely coincidental and unintentional. BaddiesHub does not intentionally create characters that resemble real people, and no endorsement, affiliation, or association with any real person is implied.

All conversations between users and AI characters are entirely fictional and should be treated as such. AI characters do not possess genuine emotions, intentions, or the ability to fulfill promises in the real world. Any elements within conversations that may resemble reality — such as offers of real-life meetings, personal confessions, or promises of tangible outcomes — are generated by AI and are not real. BaddiesHub shall not be held liable for any claims arising from perceived similarities between AI-generated content and any real individual or entity.

10. Limitation of Liability

BaddiesHub is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BaddiesHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any unused tokens will be forfeited.

12. Account Deletion & Data Removal

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Account deletion requires password confirmation for security purposes. Upon deletion, all of your data is permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems, including but not limited to:

Your profile, username, and email address
All conversations, messages, and chat history
All AI character data, memories, relationships, and progression
Token balance, transaction history, and wallet data
Gift inventory and gift transaction records
Streak data, XP, and all activity records
Push notification subscriptions and session data
Any claimed characters will be released

A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address once your account has been permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone — there is no way to recover a deleted account or any of its associated data.

We retain only a minimal audit log (username and email) for fraud prevention and legal compliance purposes. No conversation content, personal data, or usage data is retained after deletion. Any unused tokens at the time of deletion are forfeited and cannot be refunded.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
