DMCA Policy

BaddiesHub respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to valid notices of claimed copyright infringement. This policy describes how to submit a notice and a counter-notice.

1. Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content on BaddiesHub infringes your copyright, please send a written notice that includes all of the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material, with enough detail and the URL or exact location on the site so we can find it
• Your contact information (full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

2. Where to Send

Send your DMCA notice to our designated agent at compliance@baddieshub.ai. We aim to acknowledge and respond to valid notices within 10 business days, and we will remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice.

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to compliance@baddieshub.ai containing all of the following:

• Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
• Your contact information (full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address)
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and to accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice
• Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice we may restore the removed material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

4. Repeat Infringers

BaddiesHub will, in appropriate circumstances, disable and permanently terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

5. False Claims

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Do not make false claims.
